A slow season, but I enjoyed the mix of shows. I wasn't expecting a lot from Maid Dragon, but it still failed to disappoint. Kuzu had an amazing adaption - looking forward to the finale/manga end.

It's not just the plot, it's the utterly atrocious dialogues/monologues. Characters spend half the time re-stating things they said before or utterly contradicting themselves.

It's got nice animation but the writing is terrible. All the characters are just one-note gags without any depth. The story is going practically nowhere. And even as a slice-of-life it fails because there's not enough focus on the relationships between the girls, the human elements, or the day-to-day challenges they face. Instead it's just "something weird happens and the gang has to figure out how to fix it." Very Saturday-morning-cartoon but in a bad way.
