Did she mean that they evacuated all the monsters just from the mountain area, or from the entire island? We know that new monsters are created constantly, as animals get in touch with that mutagen material, after all. What do you think is going to happen in last episode? Here's my take on it. Cerulean just barely missed Kaban-chan or the rest of the monsters save her from being eaten alive like how she saved Serval. They improvise on their plan, get the big guy on the boat, sink the noat, and save the day. Then they approach still unconscious Serval and Kaban-chan starts shaking her. "Serval-chan, Serval-chan, wake up!" After a few seconds Serval opens her eyes, puts a large smile on her face and says "Hello I'm Serval, who are you?" Cue ED.
