Leave pudding to me
>implying nami, robin, chopper, or brook will ever get a fight again
Carrot is going to fight pudding. And the next arc they'll introduce another temporary character to steal the spotlight, and then another, and then another. Those characters are forever relegated to comedy relief and maybe using one attack on some fodder enemy
leave bride be me
Did you somehow miss how Brook achieved one of the main objectives of this very arc arc? Sure, he didn't have any longer one-on-one but it's hardly beng comedy relief or fodder fighter.
It's a shame that the thing was off-screen (although, it's an easy to imagine affair), but it gave us a great panel and yeah, something as crucial for the series as that objective.
Not him and not a fightfag but there is something legit in what he says. After Enies Lobby, the only time Robin didn't play supporting role was Poseidon reveal, and even then it was just hype for the future. Nami and Chopper have gotten some focus in PH, Zou, and now, but I can understand people expecting more from them.
I actually like supporting characters getting more love than pre-TS on average, and I like the rest of SHs more than these 3, but they could use some more attention.
>something Nami said in canon already in the past
>Leave Shanks to me!
BB already has all the shit he needed from Dragon.
Baltigo was destroyed bro.
BB took their weapons and quaked all their shit.
He got what he needed and left.
CPDipshits showed up too late and the BB's dodged a cannonball or two on the way out.
There will be no elbaf, they'll just appear with hajrudin at the final battle.
>wanting nothing to happen for hundreds of chapters
You like post time skip too don't you faggot?
Funny how they were minding their own business plotting against Shanks and Urouge sends Kaido straight down onto their hide out which ends up fucking their whole shit up.
Urouge is Shanks Nakama CONFIRMED.
Will we get anymore flashbacks (pic related or otherwise) before the wedding gets started, just to stall even more?
Why is she so perfect?
How do we protect her?
One of the rare One Piece girls who look better with more clothing!
Reminder that Pudding is a good girl. She has shown everyone how good an actor she is, which is why she is double-acting: she is a good girl pretending to be an evil girl pretending to be a good girl. Her plan is to save Sanji with the help of the strawhats, then later modify the memories of everyone so they still think she is a "good girl" by mama's standards, i.e evil.
You'll see, you'll all see.
Y-yes! Pudding is the best waifu!
>complaining about filler arcs in one piece
The plan will actually be set up without a hitch. Luffy won't fuck it up somehow, neither will Pekoms, and neither will a Vinsmoke. The box won't explode in her face yet either.
Except Big Mom has no intention of bringing out the photo until the Vinsmokes are already dead and the real tea party can begin.
These are the names youtubers give themselves.
the one in the picture is a youtuber named rogersbase
double4 is an anime yter that all of the other youtubers hate but aside from a few smaller channels and a couple public feuds, nobody has really aired him out except for rogersbase who went on an hour long stream to expose how he dislike bots others videos and that led to a flood of other exposed videos from forneverworld and even sawyer7mage who usually stays out of this stuff
tl;dr it's a one piece youtube community war thing
I can see why people think he's hot after the last chapter
R8 my theory m8s
To me it's interesting that Oda introduces a character that can suck up poison and that the plan is to kill big mom with poison. It is also said that Judge's orders to Reiju are absolute. I can imagine something like this happening:
Judge and other characters who are important to the strawhats (Sanji, jinbei whatever) gets hit by the poison. Reiju only has time to save 1 of them and judge orders her to save him. Yet due to Sanji begging to choose to save his friend instead she chooses for her emotion the first time in her life.
Now I don't think Luffy will be hit again because Reiju already saved him once and he's kind of immune to poison. Sanji is a possibility but I hope not because he's getting pooped on this arc already. This leads me to think jinbei will be hit.
Do you think it's just a coincidence we have a character who can suck up poison and that the weapon to kill big mom is also poison?
everyone prepared for captain morgans return next chapter?
No, it's not. This scene serve two puproses.
1. weakening Luffy's immunity to poison (why would a Yonko get killed by something like that if even Luffy wouldn't?)
2. Introducing this ability so no one will scream at asspulls.
>why would a Yonko get killed by something like that if even Luffy wouldn't ?
Because of a particular capacity win during his travel ? Power don't mean you are imune to everything. Character more powerfull than Luffy would have die against Enel simply because they are not in Rubber, this is the same. Character more powerfull than him have not the same immunity, that's all.
whats wrong with wanting decent fights for every SH?
what was his fucking problem? its one thing to be asshole to random people but why wasn't he nice to his own son? or why did he raised him to be a pussy?
jinbe is an exception because he was asked, and an exception on top of an exception becuase of his deferred decision and abnormal strength relative to sanji and zoro
I'm not bothered by myself either believing or doubting that jinbe will join. I bothered by myself thinking that carrot will join
>Foreshadowing has been strong with this one.
Where has the foreshadowing been for Jinbe dying this arc?
This theory is regurgitated everywhere with zero evidence ever presented.
Busy solving the whole Wano Arc by himslef
I'm actually kinda sad Luffy grew back his tooth, it felt like it would be there as a sort of memory of his and Sanji's conflict and reunion
There was never any foreshadowing. "Jinbe will die during BM arc" was something people who didn't like him started saying at the end of FI arc when it became obvious to everyone that he's joining, as it was the only thing that could stop him.
Should I talk about my love to One Piece when I go on my date on Thursday? If so, what parts of the story should I mention?
No. What it is is a kind of writing mechanism. From the author's point of view, you don't move a character into the position of joining the crew only to say "Yeah.... but in like 5 years time." It serves no narrative purpose. Well, not unless you want to prime the audience with an expectation and then do the old bait and switch and kill him off.
It serves as a way to really drive home the tragedy. Just like how Ace being made Luffy's brother enhanced the emotion rather than if it was just Portgas D Ace, person that Luffy vaguely knew. The moment Ace was mentioned to be Luffy's bro, it should have been obvious that was setting up later leverage. Either Ace would die, or Ace would get captured and Luffy woudl try to save him. As it turns out, both happened. Or maybe Ace was being set up to save Luffy later if Luffy got imprisoned.
Either way, it was a pre-emptively placed narrative mechanism. Jinbe could've joined the SHs right there and then if Oda wanted, he's the master of it all, but he delayed it for a purpose.
The thing is, while jinbei's deferral does suggest him not joining, it doesn't have to do with him dying necessarily. However, the fact that the wheel of butchery sentenced him to death does
Actually, come to think of it there is a very good reason for jinbei to die. Luffy has to have a reason to return to fishman island and fulfill Shyarly's prophecy, and he'll probably need to be at the reverie in marijoise too.
If luffy is bringing back Jinebei's body, that could be it.
But 2 people hardly establish a criteria.
That said, what is established by both of them is that they were heavily foreshadowed and built up and given very strong emotional links to the protagonist in various ways (i.e. brother; brother's father figure, rival of Roger, the protag's hero) which are things Jinbe also represents.
Ace was first introduced at the end of Drum Island and was really just dangled around as foreshadowing to get the audience familar with him (and him being the brother of Luffy was a shortcut to establishing why it would mean so much if he died, rather than having to build his relationship with Luffy up over 100s of chapters like, say, Zoro). WB was introduced in early Alabasta. Neither really fully became totally relevant until far later in Marinford. Jinbe was foreshadowed way back in the Arlong arc.
Ace and Luffy were brothers, they had a kind of pact with each other. Ace said "we'll meet again at the top!" and promised a future meeting. The next time they met, he died. Jinbe also made a promise to Luffy. At one point, Ace was arrested. That was his death flag given everything else. Now Jinbe has """"""not"""""" played BM's absolutely necessary, everyone-has-to-do-it, death game.
2 people are our only criteria, and so it's not wrong to use it as a basis. We could argue about the logic of it for eons, but for now it proves true.
It doesn't have a heartbeat, organs, nor any oyher indications of life. It can detatch from it's physical fotm as a pure sentient entity. It can't have
a boner, it's preety much an aparition possesing itself.
>Now Jinbe has """"""not"""""" played BM's absolutely necessary, everyone-has-to-do-it, death game.
Except the whole fucking point was that this isn't true
Choosing not to spin is completely legitimate. Everyone else was just too retarded to sense that it kills you.
>but he delayed it for a purpose
You're right. But it's not because a character death.
Jinbe's development has been handled a lot differently from the other Straw Hats. He was introduced as a surprise ally during Impel Down who would bond with Luffy throughout the war, ultimately serving to be a guiding light in his darkest hour. It wasn't until later, when he reappeared in Fishman Island, that we got context for his backstory and the situation surrounding Arlong. But his story still wasn't done there, because with Fishman Islands huge focus on the racial tensions and history of the island it failed to really delve into Jinbe's personal motivations, the relationship he has with the Sun Pirates or what he'd bring to the crew besides being Luffy's friend and an ex-warlord.
That's what his storyline in Whole Cake Island is about. We're seeing Jinbe not as an aloof wise man, but as someone on level with the crew. He's bringing his role as a strategist to the table in order to save another crewmate, the Sun Pirates are egging him on to follow his dreams like the Franky Family did back in Water 7, his previously hard exterior is breaking more and more as he becomes a part of the usual gags.
Jinbe is a layered character involved with a lot of different factions and subplots, so rather than rushing him into the crew Oda's been dissecting it all piece by piece to give everything an equal amount of attention. Whether its successful or not is a different story, but that's what it is. He still has major roles to fill later in the story, being the driving character of the Fishman subplot that's been around for literal years and will undoubtedly be relevant during the final saga. Without his personal ties to the Fishman race it loses a lot of its weight.
I also expect that part of it has to do with the fact Jinbe's presence would have detracted from the tension when the crew first entered the new world, so putting him on a bus for a bit worked in Oda's favor.
It was previously said by BM or one of the people in teh room with her that no one gets away without spinning it.
All we have to suggest he didn't actually do it, apart from his own easily understandable lie to Luffy, is two random mooks saying "I heard he didn't spin it!!!"
They wouldn't go through all that shit of building it up, and then have him "refuse" off-camera. Then also show a flashback later of someone else using it and dying.
Enjoy your fish fillet in a few months, faggot.
not even that. you have to spin the wheel if you want to leave big moms crew. choosing not to spin just means you take back your request to leave and continue to be a part of her crew.
it's common sense, autists are just grasping at straws trying to support their retarded theory.
And another "56" with some additional stuff in the filename.
it could also be fuku meaning uniform. if kinemon's clothing-generating fruit is the fukufuku no mi it could be a hint that he and momo are joining, with momo's nameless fruit being the 0, which is backed up with the fruit having circles instead of swirls
If she doesn't ship /OUR OTP/ don't even bother with her.
cry me a river little bitch nigga
Oh, also, kinemom could be the party tailor. Since grand line weather is insane and any outfit is bound to be destroyed in combat, someone able to produce clothing is pretty useful
likewise, momo would be the cabin boy. Given that he's bound to be spending time with nami to get at her tits, she can teach him to use his weather-control powers properly
You are like a baby, watch this:
2 Ni 9 Kyu-> Nikyu-> Niku Niku no Mi
Fucking Meat Logia, unlimited strawhat fuel
If he didn't spin it, they'd just have shown him refusing and walking out. There's no reason to hide him not spinning it, there's a great reason to hide him actually spinning it.
Oda intentionally wrote a scene leading up to the spin and then cut away. There is no reason to do that unless he did spin it but he wants to attempt to leave it ambiguous in a way that only very stupid people (i.e. you) could be tricked by.
>It was previously said by BM or one of the people in teh room with her that no one gets away without spinning it.
No, no one gets away from WCI and her crew without spinning it.
Jinbe accepted this fact and decided to stay with Big Mom, until he got his chance to simply escape with Luffy.
He's not rolling, He's not dying.
Accept fishbro anon.
I can't wait for everything to go wrong. The defeat Luffy will suffer probably won't be like the one against Kuma, I can see it being more like his defeat to CP9 in Water 7, maybe a bit less overwhelming.
How this arc will connect to Wano is just too unpredictable.
sanji is the obvious one. If he gets hit it will be like ace dying all over again to luffy, and when reiju saves him it will make him miserable because he finally made out with a hot woman and it was his sister. Oda loves fucking with sanji like that
That's just be awful and kill the series for a lot of people. Oda's story telling is very simple on a wide scale, the story isn't supposed to be about wondering what'll happen, especially since following your dreams is the main theme in the manga.
Ace's death was the dark moment in the series, which made Luffy feel loss and want to protect his friends even more. One of them dying would not only ruin the rest of the adventure, it'd also be a punch in the face to what Ace's death meant.
It would be so perfect for all of this buildup on saving Sanji and his relationship with the strawhats to end in his death. The first real time they walk into a Yonko's territory, they lose one of their own to hammer home that these are the real big boys. I think it's a real issue that their time in the New World hasn't been dire enough.
Might as well delete the All Blue too
Sanji won't die. There's another person, a disposable person, who is both a SH and yet not a SH. A person who's already done something that has places a death sentence on him. A person close to Luffy that would make the NW and Yonkou seem deadly if they died yet wouldn't affect the main cast...
>tfw I knew a mangina that acted this way defending a complete phony bitch
worst is, the nigga reads one piece, will get to this scene and not even see a glimpse of a reflection of himself in the mirror
Oda-sama please purify this world
same. i wanted him to have a golden tooth. that "milk heals bones" makes some minimal sense for Brook but, teeth aren't "normal" bones so Luffy shouldn't be able to heal them.
Yes and if she mentions "Kaido" slap her and tell him its THE Kaido
Well, I mean that on a grand scale type of thing. Obviously we don't know the details of each chapter and arc, but there's a general outline that's been there since day one, and we know it's going to follow certain beats.
4chan lives of forced memes. sure once in a while a new one appears and it's original and actually funny for a few days to weeks but then it eventually falls into the great chasm of forced memes. we all take this in the hopes it gets to evolve further beyond as those memes we look back on nostalgia threads and the like, also called the
ebin maymays :^)
According to Jinbe, Brulee and Pedro, three characters coming from three separate factions who've never talked to each other before this arc, the Wheel of Fortune is rigged to steal away the lives of traitors the instant they touch it. Big Mom uses the device to dissuade people from attempting to break away from her family, and those who still have the guts to go through with it die on the spot. We even saw this in Pedro's flashback, so we're not just going on their word.
From what we know if Jinbe's situation, he went to Big Mom in the same circumstances. He was interested in leaving her, and she gave him the option to spin the wheel if he was really set on doing it. While the manga cuts away from the scene afterwards and leaves it as a suspenseful cliffhanger it's revealed through the local newspaper and gossip that he chickened out. Later on, when he comes in to break Luffy out of prison, Opera reacts to Jinbe by telling him he's banned from the castle at the moment. Meanwhile, his crew is currently fine and doesn't seem to have had any issues after Jinbe's attempted leave, still being on decent terms with Big Mom and working alongside Jinbe as if nothing happened.
For Jinbe to be doomed to die by the wheel, we need to take a lot of leaps in logic. The first is that Big Mom decided to leave him with a few days for some fucking reason, rather than killing him on the spot like we've seen it do to Pedro's crewmate. The second is that not only would Jinbe and Brulee need to be lying to everyone for no good reason, but they'd be printing a phony news story to the public just to smear his name for laughs. The Sun Pirates would also be either completely unaware of a situation that's already public, or would have to be surprisingly calm about Jinbe dying right before their eyes.
Now what's more likely? Everyone is telling the truth, and that he wheel was a plot device used to force Jinbe into the current alliance if he wants to be free? Or that he's marked for death?
Is it bad that I can actually see Buggy defeating one of the admirals? Like out of sheer luck or something.
First try making one of these, please be gentle.
the truth is that
Jinbe spinned it, died, katakuri is wearing his body as a shell, this is all a big trap. people's mouth running could easily be fixed by pudding's power the germa will save the day
>Buggy fires off a buggy ball at a admiral at the beginning of the fight.
>Doesn't go off.
>Gets chased around while trying to fire more buggy balls.
>They all fail to go off while he gets cornered.
>Just as Admiral readies final blow, they step on a buggy ball that is now part of a large clump of buggy balls.
>They all go off; gibs galore.
>Buggy stands in sheer shock and awe, before shaking it off and boasting how it was his plan all along.
It actually was; he just didn't believe it would work.
I would commision some good money for this shit.
This is more related to the upcoming Dr. Vegapunk arc, but why do I picture something like this showing up in it somewhere?
>MFW I remember that joke video.
Those were the days.
A dude who hoarded loads of treasure and gave nothing to his crewmates because he was a greedy dick, so they all decided to mutiny and murdered him. Buggy wants his hidden treasure because he likes treasure.
We also saw his zombie in Thriller Bark.
I feel like Jinbe won't die solely on the basis that he's wearing a skull kimono for some reason and that would be some of the most awful "foreshadowing" ever. A character, who hasn't dressed morbidly before, just randomly wearing clothing covered in symbols of death before they die.
We see Captain John in Thriller Bark, he's one of the General Zombies.
Dunno if they ever talk explicitly about his backstory, just that he's notorious as fuck and has a shitload of treasure.
Oh, it's you. That retard who samefags whenever he gets into any kind of argument ever.
>t. Spee D Reader
You have to be over 18 to post on this site.
And SBS is not part of the manga's story.
I've actually thought of why Jinbe delayed joining at FI, because realistically Oda could have written it in such a way for him to join and there to be no logical issues.
Therefore, I believe the purpose of prolonging Jinbe's joining was that he would present too heavy a swing in power towards the straw hat side for the Punk Hazard/ Dressrosa arcs. Imagine any of the enemies of Punk hazard, or any of the enemies of Dressrosa sans Doflamingo going up against Jinbe. It would be a massacre.
It's against the rules to avoid the post timer.
Even though you didn't do it this time. But what's funny is that your posts are exactly 60 seconds apart.
Oh well, it's been made obvious many times in the past how insane you are. So, you can enjoy having the last word. You petty ego needs it.
That anons not me, I'm not sure why he's shitposting over little details like that.
It's never referenced in the comic itself but a few little details that allude to his history, like all the stab wounds on his zombie hinting that he was killed by a mob. It's just neat trivia.
I doubt Captain John's treasure is even relevant at this point anyway, now that Buggy's a warlord he's making money from his pirate dispatch business and looking to become the Pirate King. His treasure was more like a random motivator to push Buggy to adventure through the Grand Line before he became relevant to the story again in Impel Down. Probably why Oda felt comfortable leaving the explanation behind it so vague.
Ahahaha. What's it like being so stupid and so easily identifiable? You are the only one who ever belligerently shitposts like you do in these threads. Literally every single time it's you. And like always, you screen shots mean nothing.
Oh, by the way, feel free to link an archive post where anyone ever said law should one shot Doffy. You keep saying this for same insane reason, yet you have never once shown anyone who's said it.
I can't help but laugh at how hilariously mad you get when you are caught samefagging.
You wouldn't need more than a single phone to do what you're doing. Let alone proxies.
And notice how you are the one shitting up the thread. Because instead of actually just having a discussion, you spam shit like "durrr speed D reedar! [email protected]"
Like always, you're the one who starts shit. Get something better to do with your life other than shit posting in One Piece threads. As they clearly consume your life.
Number of days where "Turboautist" has existed: Zero (0)
By the way, retard. The correct format is spelling out the number first, then writing the number itself in parenthesis.
And like always, you're the autistic one. Because all you can do is repeat yourself ignore what people say that proves you wrong. It's so funny how proud you are of your very minimal knowledge of the series.
By the way, you could stop this. All you have to do is stop ruining the thread by spamming insults at everything you don't like.
Turboautist you're pathetic. So pathetic that your posts are already starting to get deleted. Is this a new record?
Please tell me more abou star navigatIon and Law oneshotting Doffy.
You not linking posts correctly and backspacing numbers out of them so the link is broken does not amount to posts being deleted.
Notice how you still have not given an archive link to anyone ever saying that Law should one shot Doffy.
You are for some reason obsessed with that, and you say it any time you ever get into an argument.
And again, you can't call other people autistic when you are the one not addressing what people are saying to you.
incorrect, there will be a new chapter tomorrow
>why the fuck does Buggy care about his treasure so much?
That's a good question actually, why does he care so much about finding some pirates' treasures instead of THE One Piece that his former captain left behind?
Is it possible that Buggy knows about One Piece and decided that it's not worth searching for it?
>if I call you something that means it's a fact
What? There's no way you're actually think inhumanly stupid.
You're a purple pig. Guess that means it's a fact that you're a purple pig now because you were called a purple pig.
>he doesn't own up to how he's so retarded he can't link posts correctly
Ahahaha. And again, you are the only one who shits up threads.
I'm curious about what your schedule is turboautist. How do you decide when you're going to shit up an OP thread by making some ridiculous claim and then spamming the same thing repatedly by accusing everyone of being one person?
It's been a while since you had your last chimp out.
According to spoilers he's BM's second son and is an expert on CoO, being able to foresee the future. Seems to be an assassin type, and he's the most dangerous man according to Bege.
I doubt the spoilers are full though, there's no mention of Luffy or the crew.
>gets proven wrong
>ignores how he was proven wrong
>keeps repeating himself
Please stop making me laugh so hard.
Again, do you not get how you are the autistic one here? Autism is a communication disorder. You literally can not communicate with others. Look at how you keep refusing to address what's said to you, and instead you just keep spamming the word "turboautist".
Literally just you. The only "people" that get called you are the ones who refuse to address the arguments that are made against them, ignore how they get proven wrong, and instead just spam insults for no reason. That's something that only you do. Feel free to leave One Piece threads for once in your life and look at how people act in other threads.
Just as I predicted.
Ch. 836: Cracker is properly introduced and he's the 10th son.
Ch. 846: Smoothie is properly introduced and she's the 14th daughter.
Ch. 860: Katakuri is properly introduced. And this chapter Katakuri is introduced with his bounty.
Ch. 860 10:00 Opening of the Reception
Pekomz has been left by himself at the eastern bay entrance.
Aladine and the others have left the island according to Jinbe's instructions.
Jinbe gives a detailed explanation of the roulette
The numbers written on the roulette collectively represent the number of victims fallen to the punishments.
Jinbe, who wasn't going to suffer that ridiculous punishment, gave instructions for them to make a break for it from the island in the confusion of the incident at the tea party.
The Vinsmokes are walking through the castle, and the ceremony location appears to be a rooftop.
The guests to the tea party arrive one after another.
Loan Shark King "The God of Fortune" - Le Feld
Red Light District Queen - Stussy
Great Mortician - Drug Pietro
The World Economic Journal President "Big News" - Morganz
The Veteran Warehouse "The Concealer" Giberson
The King of Shipping "Deep Current" Umit
They all arrive to the rooftop by a candy escalator made by Perospero
It's you who refuses to address the main criticism. That is, why do you feel the need to shitpost in these threads all the time? It's pretty obvious because I can point you out every time.
There's also nothing to address. We never had a discussion. Whoever you were talking with earlier about Buggy wasn't me, but being the autist you are, unable to act like a normal human being, refuses to accept reality.
The only one who had a communication problem is you because you keep spamming the same thing over and over.
In font of the place of the tea ceremony, Organ Trader Jigra is making a fuss about getting inside. He is stubbornly refusing to a bodycheck by Bege, but is shot someone and loses his life.
There is a lone figure on the top of the gate.
Big Mom Pirates - One of the 3 Sweet Commanders
The Second son of the Charlotte Family
Charlotte Katakuri - 1,057,000,000 bounty
According to Bege, he is an extremely troublesome man and monster whose bounty has exceeded 1 billion and has honed his Observation Haki to such a degree that he can see a little bit into the future
Katakuri explains that he saw into the future that Big Mom had ordered him to assassinate Jigra.
Big Mom arrives at the location, and the Tea Party begins.
>it's shitposting because you don't agree with what I say
>There's also nothing to address.
You need to address how you can't back link posts correctly and nothing was deleted. You need to address how you are wrong for spamming personal insults. You need to address how you never link to an archive post where someone said Law could one shot Doffy. Tons of other things as well, but you get the point.
>you keep spamming the same thin
Not even once. This is what was said to you. And you're just parroting it back. Which, as a matter of fact, is a trait of autism.
>It's pretty obvious because I can point you out every time.
It's funny, because you were told to do this multiple times, and you refused every time.
His third commander had a bounty just 57 mil lower than BM's top commander.
I thought there was no chapter this week.
>pudding is not kakaturi
>instead is a le edgy cool character
>Big Mom sent Cracker instead of kakaturi to defeat Luffy
>Oda wants us to eat this up
>people will actually eat it up
Classic one piece week
Weevil already raped her to death.
>and his face is cool
I unironically like that haki potentially could do much more than just predict enemy's moves and knock out people. Can't wait to see what conqueror's haki allows to do, maybe mind control or something.
Oda playing with numbers again.
Ch. 068 is titled "The fourth person" and in Ch. 860 the fourth Sweet Commander is revealed.
836 = Cracker revealed = 10th son
846 (836+10) = Smoothie revealed = 14th daughter
860 (846+14) = Katakuri revealed.
can someone remind me where zoro is? and robin
reminder that the final arc will be Zoros story debiut were it turnes out that his sensei killed his own daughter since she disrespected the clan n shit being a female swords man and thats why she had to die
>someone at Teoi actually thought this looked good enough to make public
so apparently katakuri loosely means "potato starch"
do you think his powers will be relevant to his name sake, or will it simply be his aesthetic?
Spoiler pic of Katakuri
Okay, call me a Speedreader but i forgot this one thing.
Is Wano happening at the same time as Whole Cake chronologically?
As in, did Zoro go there with his team in advance and will wait for Luffy, or will Wano be a concurrent arc where Zoro is going to be the leading protag?
Jinbe will die fags eternally BTFO
Best pairing! Incredible chemistry in the manga and great doujins!
Okay, first thing's first: The samurai-Mink-Pirate alliance decided to divide into four groups to deal with the whole lot of shit going on: Rescuing Sanji from BM, protecting Zou and getting to know Zunesha, search for WBs remnants lead by Marco and...
Making preparations at Wano. So while Zoro&Law team is presumed to be already in Wano, the taking down of the Kaido is still not on.
>Kinemon is meeting with Kozuki allies there
>Zoro rounding up the Samurai
>Franky making SUPERRR weapons
>Law being a fucking Poochie
>Robin stealing the Road Poneglyph? >Usopp becoming a yet bigger multiculti leader?
>>"holy shit, so much has happened!"
You know someone is bound to post "Nothing happened: the series" for the last chapter's threads and onward.
Still patiently waiting for the "nothing happens: the chapter" post when Luffy talks to Roger's Force-ghost on Raftel and all remaining secrets are revealed.
>make a living off pirate bounties
>travel with a pirate, make him pirate king and gain his trust
>kill him for the greatest bounty ever
Genius. Though I guess the WG would rather have the future pirate king alive for another public execution, perhaps with a gag this time.
Probably depends on how much foreshadowing there is for that. If little or none, people would call it the dumbest twist ever. Perhaps rightfully so, but if that happened I wouldn't even be mad and just revel in the ensuing madness.
She would tell him he is a weakling and he should fuck her harder.
>no doujin about Zolo and Tashigi while Kuina's ghost watches while Zolo is the only one who can see her.
why to live
I wish Ivan would turn me into a cute girl.
It'd make sense for her to be a known character that has interacted with the SHs
So, for me, two likely options are:
She's 140 years old, she fits the 'older mentor' thing, and her flashbacks show her old already in Drum
, plus Chopper is on WCI, character development, etc. etc.
Her powers seem fitting for someone who allegedly ran away and most important can alter her image and age
Here you are
Check it out. In his cover story he wears a flowery pattern throughout... right up until the last panel when he leaves with the poneglyph to go to Big Mom. Now he has his skull costume on. To emphasise it's been said you can't leave BM without playing the game, and the game steals years of your life. Jinbe knew this. He knew what was about to happen and be puts on a skull pattern outfit.
But he denies it to Luffy and 2 random no-name soldiers think he got away with it so he must be okay!!!! Puddingfag tier BTFOing on the horizon, m8ies.
What is Oda planning? Luffy is obviously wayyy too weak to do shit to Big Mom. Will he end up running away or will there be a random powerup? Honestly I can't see Oda resolving this in any meaningful way.
Unless Doffy is suddenly Yonkou tier, how can Luffy defeat Big Mom when he barely beat Doffy whom none of the Yonkou take seriously?
>Spoiler provider says that Katakuri looks younger than expected and his hair is short and black.
>He also says KatakurI's body looks robust and his face is cool.
>his face is cool.
Did he mean handsome?
Chaotic Neutral. Probably the second nicest Yonkou.
But she has weird aspects of goodness. She protects people for a relatively low cost (one month for 6 months of perfect safety). She lets them eat sweets all she wants. As long as people don't oppose her one can live decently.
That makes me think she is better than Blackbeard
He'll Haki his body back to pique conditions whipping out a 2nd arm out of fuckin' nowhere. It'll be revealed that he could have done that at any moment but lost his arm as training/in order to give himself a literal handicap to make fights interesting.
Teach will then Asspull something to take his overpowered ass out like his DF cancelling Haki or whatever.
Oda has a rough road ahead to flesh out characters that were around since day 1.
I can't wait to see the underground bosses' appearances. Which of them will match the unknown silhouttes?
>According to Bege, he is an extremely troublesome man and monster whose bounty has exceeded 1 billion and has honed his Observation Haki to such a degree that he can see a little bit into the future >Katakuri explains that he saw into the future that Big Mom had ordered him to assassinate Jigra.
That last line is wrong, it originally read
'Katakuri explains he "saw into the future" that Jigra wanted to assassinate Big Mom'
I'll wait on Viz for that Katakuri CoO shit
The only thing we know for sure is that Zoro4Prez guy isn't that good on his japanese translations.
He already fucked up on previous spoilers, even avoiding to spoil some stuff he didn't understand at all.
And I think now the "he can see into the future" line is between comas for a reason
Most likely, his trained CoO made him sense this Jigra guy had bad intent towards Mom and preemptively shot him. But well, until monday we won't know for sure.
She's way worse than him. She's genociding peoples and killing her own childrens once they fail. She's also over enjoying murder and has a collection of living creature, including humans.... She's the most evil and most fucked up character yet.
I was recently thinking about Smoker's role in the story and I'm not sure if Oda fucked him up or if it's still part of the original plan.
In Loguetown and Alabasta he was great, he felt like a character that could work like a rival, but then he disappeared until Marineford. I think he should have been at least on Sabaody, that could've made the arc much better, while making him more fleshed out.
Waiting for Luffy on the entrance of the New World was a great idea, but they barely interacted in PH and he mostly interacted with Law and Vergo, which I felt was a huge waste not to mention that he feels just as strong as in Loguetown. I feel like he should be having a bigger role in the story, and I don't know if this is all Oda has for him or if he's saving him for the future.
It'd be great to see him in Wano, but at the same time I feel like he wouldn't do anything worthwhile, I wish his dynamic with Luffy was a bit more like
Amon and Kaneki's.
>wedding fight going very badly
>people dropping like flies
>Big Mom takes what little lifespan Jinbe has left and he dies with his soul torn out
>Mangastream misspell "soul" as "sole" and make an accidental fish pun
>Carrot cries out for everyone to stop fighting
>"Well said, young bunny. I'm here to stop this wedding!"
