Avignon arc is crap. Acqua arc is mediocre shit overhyped by "muh manliest man" autists. BR arc is good but nothing amazing. UK is good.

all the arcs you mentioned are good in their own ways imo, even if we disagree it'd still be more interesting than what Railgun 3 will introduce(the only plus side is the Gunha and Touma teamup, but it ain't worth it over Index 3)
