The premise of his works is usually interesting from this, to Elfen Lied, to Nonono. There are usually parts that are great - the premse of romance, what action there is etc - It's just the execution that he is shit at.
His best work to this day as author is Kimi wa Midara na Boku no Joou. And it's artist is Yokoyari Mengo who is best known now for the shitfest that is Kuzu no Honkai. How they make something that glourious is beyond me.
