I skipped out on Demi-chan and Gabriel Dropout until halfway through the season and both shows pleasantly surprised me. Akiba's trip didn't appeal to me though, dropped it at the first episode. Same for Urara somethingsomething

Sakura Quest should be cute, and I have a soft spot for Granblue's art style.

Berserk,Re:Creators, and Shingeki no Kyojin should make for good shitposting material, maybe Re:Creators actually turns out to be good.
