If he continues to strive for a normal life and succeeds, someone like Fukiyose or Himegami would be best suited. One who serves as a bastion of normal life, the other who has managed to lead a normal life despite having a potentially dangerous ability.

If he stays as he is now. I can only really see an Index/Mikoto (if she becomes more sane)/Misaki end. As they all have great power, but have (in Mikoto's case "would have") accepted it as a part of their daily lives and work alongside it

If he goes full Demon Lord I can could see a Nuitkoto/Othinus ending. Because a god needs a goddess.

Though in the end. All this speculation is pointless because Kuroko's going to win, but it's nice to imagine.
