It's simple, the best way to save SHAFT is release another season of Hidamari (24 episodes).
Followed by another Madoka series (12 episodes).
Then do some fucking crossover 2 episode special filled to the brim with fan service.

Follow that up with a SHAFT all-stars videogame with all of the characters from all of the series they've produced.
