Start light, get your form down. Follow a real routine, don't mixtape your own. If you're lifting alone, don't use clips in case you need to dump the plates on bench.

Probably but the last of the three weeks it felt completely normal and I was db benching 90's without issue. But now I'm going to be fucking babying it into my cut and probably won't reach 275.

I wonder if this stands any chance of an adaptation. It seems like gyarus are back in business lately as they have a few adaptations coming of other gyaru stuff. It would make for a good 5min short at the least.

What program do you recommend? SS, stronglift or something else? Can I even do deadlifts with turbo autism as beginner? Turbo autism as in no one to check my form.

Personally? Depends on how weak you are. If you're tiny/skeletal/fat/skinnyfat I'd suggest stronglifts with a bit more accessory work. If you're at all a bit in shape from a sport or something, a 5x5 focus PPL split is what I've made the most gains on.

Yes you can do deads, just check your form. Watch a lot of videos on form. Start light.
