Im going to agree with you on a base level, I would have liked this show if the girls didn't see Kazuma as their savior or whatever. An isekai parody should turn everything 180°, none of the girls should like him, he shouldn't be helpful at all, and they should say "hey, no WE did this not him," instead of him taking credit most of the time. Whenever he says "we did it!" I want to claw his face off, because he usually doesn't help very much, or he makes things worse. When he does do good they overpraise him.

If they could have left out any way to self insert in a full fulfilling way I would have been happy.
