There's not really anyone else that would qualify. Kuribot is certainly level 5 tier but we don't know her true nature yet.

Kamijou's playthrough is the hardest on the player. Kamijou's playthrough is Dark Souls tier but he'll never give up as long as you don't. Also the campaign is 3k hours long and you can only save once every 3 months in game.
Aleister's playthrough is the technically hardest because you have the keikaku your way around every other character's route. You also have the Jungian Archetype of Antagonist slapped onto you.
The easiest route is Othinus' route because all you have to do is suck Kamijou's dick during muh trillion torments and the contrast between torment and succ will be so great he'll finally buckle.
