Watched it about a month ago and it was fucking melodramatic contrived bullshit with music that was so over the top that it almost felt like a parody.
5cm/s and Garden of Words were pretty melodramatic at times but I could still enjoy them for the most part, but this was just too much. Fuck you Shinkai you hack.
