Tsukihime anime was decent on its own but a god-fucking-awful adaptation- most people probably don't remember but it was actually decently well-regarded between when it aired and when the fan translation patch for the game released.

Deen's Fate adaptation was sort of the opposite- it was much more faithful to the original work for the most part but didn't work as well on its own.

Ufotable has shown to be very competent with Nasu calling all the shots. Fate/Zero and F/SN: UBW were fucking excellent, and Garden of Sinners was really good too.
I'm almost 100% certain they'll do a Tsukihime anime at some point.
