Akane winning the Mugibowl edition.
Are you ready for 20 minutes of lesbian kissing licking and lewd hand-holding?
Are you ready for Converter-sama?
>tfw win the ecchan bowl without doing anything
So we are already near the end of chapter 38, next is mugi dream right?
What the fuck, is chapter 47 gonna be 200 pages or they are gonna extend chapter 45 into oblivion mixing it with 16.5 or something? we have 3 episodes for 7 chapters of the manga.
I don't think yurifags were ever their target audience so might as well finish it quick, at least they don't beat around the bush
>Chapter 11 ends with chapter 46
>Chapter 12 is 20 min of hanabi and mugi fucking
>They skip once a kuzu no honkai always a kuzu no honkai right, sensei?
>Akane winning the Mugibowl edition.
Someone isn't caught up with the manga.
>the slut is a white angel
>the fireworks is a black angel
What does this mean?
Dear slutlover anons of slut general,
I would like to know, when is Hanabi going down the Enkou route? This is important.
This is competing with Dragon Maid and KonoSuba for AOTS. All depends on the ending really, but I feel like this is one of those shows where it'll disappoint regardless. If things tidy themselves up it's an asspull and if they don't then it's depressing af.
>OP single has 5 songs
>all of them are bad except for the OP
I swear this happens with every single I download.
Ecchan did nothing wrong.
Just finished. Holy shit this fucking anime. I take back what i said, i feel bad for Echann. Also fuck you Mugi, you are a dumb dumb motherfucker. Like a real dumb motherfucker.
Real talk, all these people are boring. They're all muh feelings and desires. Don't feel bad, true anons, these aren't enviable lives.
Was this kiss really necessary? I mean, Hanabi just rejected her and wanted to remain friends. Normally, this would cause the opposite effect.
>"I am silly"-tier argument
Please don't argue like a child. They are boring because there is nothing more to them than their feelings, lusts and desires. The portrayal of human relationships is actually pretty shallow.
Not equally. They are interesting people in the world, more interesting than me and you. Hang around the types in the show though and you will understand what boring really means. Consider yourselves lucky that all you know is fiction so this dazzles you.
> not afraid of showing people having a healthy sex life, a long due change to the "OMG WE HOLDING HANDS QUICK SPILL SPAGHETTI" meme
> gorgeous soundtrack
> top-notch scene composition
I find it amazing how high this anime is holding its standard up throughout the season. Lerche truly outdid themselves. 10/10 AOTS.
We are hardwired to be social. You live with no social stimuli whatsoever and you go insane. NEETs don't count, they still talk to people online. I mean really nothing social, like no people irl, no online, not even animals to play with. In a years time you would go full on crazy.
But in my mind posting here is like discussing with somebody using the door of the public bathroom. It's hard for me to see it as a social interaction, it's like talking to an imaginary friend.
Its not the best substitute but it counts, you are getting response, some stuff makes you laugh, some stuff makes you shake your head, thats social stimuli. Also even alone in a room you can hear people walking around, talking in the street while you are on your computer. Imagine you had no computer and when you closed your eyes at night you heard nothing. No people,no cara, no animals, nothing. You would go insane eventually.
Not him, but he's right. Think of all the things you think about in a single day, the details of the environment you notice, the people you recognise, the people you pass. The memories evoked by things in the world around, the symbols and objects which hold hidden significations for you alone. Think of the things you do. Think of your small failures and successes, the accompanying emotions of each. A realistically written character has all these things detailed. But the only thing the characters of this show think about is the people they lust about. It is a fault of the writer that their lives are no more fuller than what is necessary to drive the plot forward.
That's because the show is about romance, why would they focus on anything else? It showed the characters doing other things like having friends and school work. You know like ordinary high school students
Why would the show distract you with things not pertaining to what the genre is?
It's like asking why doesn't Lelouch show any interest outside of chess and plotting. That's a dumb complaint.
I just want Akane to be happy and i want to see her smile but not that fake smile, a real one
Is the live action good?
Does it have yuri?
Does it have sex?
Is Akane portrayed in a more benevolent light?
>Why would the show distract you with things not pertaining to what the genre is?
To establish realism. Stories which attempt the run on the barest of information (think of Ernest Hemingway, Cormac McCarthy, Willa Cather, etc) often abandon a fully realistic agenda and rely on the symbolic values of what little details are shown to imbue the story with meaning. But Kuzu no Honkai is not symbolic enough to justify its lack of detail. What detail there is - stuff about their daily school lives - is the same sort of detail you see in any run-of-the-mill anime, but I warrant you wouldn't call the characters of those shows well developed or believable either.
I'll give an example of a show with good characters. Uchouten Kazoku's Yasaburou is placed inextricably in a network of relationships: reluctanct allegiance to his former master, once-love and now antipathy to Benten, who once studied with him under the master but eventually killed his father, care for his little brother, the scorn of his older brother who is trying to run for election, enmity with the sons of a rival family, and obligation and an unconsummated curiosity about his would-be fiance, Kaisei, who has never revealed herself to him. Unlike Hanabi's >Mugi Mugi Mugi Mugi Mugi, Yasaburou's life is busy in his having to protect his brother, take on the rival family's sons, avoid Benten's games, and all the while looking after his crippled master. And all this you get in two episodes. Kuzu no Honkai's characters are simplistic and one-note. They are not believable as normal human beings.
Of all characters you chose to criticize, you chose Hanabi?
She is plenty realistic if you ever heard of the low self-esteem, easily over-attached type girls. They're in fact not all that uncommon. Her obsession over Mugi or Kanai is not at all one dimensional since most girls her age only care about romance.
If anything the flaw you find in her characterization is a flaw in her as a person.
Now if you want to say why Kuzu is unrealistic, you can say Moka. But Akane and Hanabi is actually well-written for an anime.
The others not so much, but only because they don't have as much spotlight.
Does realistic portrayal of banal activities help the message of the show?
>not believable as normal human beings
Who said they are normal human beings? They are clearly archetypes as representations of several narrow facets of IRL personalities. Being "simplistic" is another word for being focused and in-depth in the depiction of their pathologies.
>Kuzu no Honkai has actual Yuri instead of just meaningless teasing
>/u/ hates the series and the characters
Really makes me think.
I'm surprised the episode managed to show the truly most miserable character of the series.
No way on earth that people could resist Sensei.
She has the whole package regardless if she has no feelings for you or not.
Why must she be stuck in this anime about retarded teenagers.
They know the outcome but the thread still get tons of posts, probably because it's better than real yuri shows
Imagine of it was an anime original
You would see a lot more threads here and there
This scene was pretty weak in the anime, in the manga she looked like a true kuzu, besides his monologue was way better depicted.
To be fair I feel like Akane in the anime is a lot more toned down than in the manga.
She wins the Mugibowl because Onii-sama rekts Mugi and Akane, she marries onii sama to try and change, and mugi and her dump each other because they realize they are similar and start to care about each other, but they would never have a healthy relationship together.
So Akane says gotta suck Onii sama dick and Mugi says well time to ravage my cumpster : ^)
Akane will win offscreen, she is the superior woman!
Well you're simplifying shit to the absurd. Romeo and Juliet is all about people and their feelings, lusts, and desires. So is Macbeth. So is The Count of Monte Cristo. So is The Great Gatsby.
I'm not saying that this shitty Chinese cartoon is as well executed as any of these, but your argument opens the possibility of comparison. What's your point?
