Nor would he have had much to do. The same elders that insisted that the Uchiha be wiped out likely seized all their assets right after Itachi finished killing them. Being the last surviving member of the clan probably didn't make Sasuke the legal heir of anyone with the surname Uchiha. So Sasuke probably got his parents place and money, and any buildings or land that was specified as property of the clan as a whole. Any houses, businesses, or bank accounts that was the property of an individual Uchiha was likely taken by the village for itself right after the massacre. It probably took control over much of what assets Sasuke did get in the name of "managing" them as well.

So by the time Danzo was trying to steal hokage authority for himself, he would have had maybe a few buildings and some chump change in the bank to confiscate from Sasuke. Though in all fairness he probably helped carry out the elder's post massacre actions.

Tobirama disliked Madara but not the Uchihas specifically. He just thought that the Village was the most important thing amd that people who can't see past clan boundaries are dangerous. Which he is right about as they threaten the village as a whole making the clan first. The Uchihas and Madara were all about their clan and not the village. Tobirama offered them a role that would benefit the village while letting them be a clan.
Madara was butthurt because democracy won and his own clan didn't wanted him as a Hokage.
