Why this show is so underrated? First four seasons were great

I'm sure you mean it's underexposed or underwatched because people do nothing but praise it despite how dull it is, if anything it's overrated. It's inoffensive but it's neither atmospheric, nor funny, nor exciting, nor emotionally moving unless you're really easily impressed by generic cheesy sob stories.
