Is it possible to watch every anime ever?

Yes
No.
>>154270559
Maybe.
>>154270559
A CATEGORICAL NO as several anime from the 50s through to the 80s are missing, presumed wiped, burnt in fires or unbroadcastable due to 'vinegar syndrome' and tape errors due to poor storage over the years sadly.

>People here
>having sexual relations
Preposterous.
>>154271020
Its not. Its biologically normal and a essential part of life itself.
There are so many kids out there you can be connected up to if you live near a city.

A 20 minute, 12 episodes series takes 4 hours to watch. Considering that there are many series with 24+ episodes or longer and time spent on sleeping and eating, let's say that in a day you could finish a whole anime (for example, let's say that in a week you could finish 7 series, 6 of 12 episodes and one with 300+ episodes).
An average lifespan of a human being is 79 years. Assuming you start to watch anime at 12, in theory you could watch about 24400 different series. Google tells me that the MAL database has about 11000 different titles (Including films and OVAs), so I guess it could be possible to watch every anime avaliable (>>154270854
).
>>154270854
Well, you ruined it.
>>154270559
Certainly not.
Even if we only consider those still available in any way, the sheer number makes it impossible. You would spend years after years of doing nothing else, while wasting incredible amounts of money.
Maybe if you had multiple monitors and watched 4 or 5 at a time.

All the ones that exist? No. All the ones that are available? Definitely.
>>154270737
I don't know
>>154270559
I do plan to watch every hentai out there. MAL says that there are 1,154 entries under hentai. Considering that almost all hentai are never longer than 10 episodes, it might be possible.

>while wasting incredible amounts of money.
OP said watch, not buy.
>>154270559
Depends how terrible your taste is.

Do it anon. Record reactions for science.
No, because many are lost forever.
But if we assume that you could magically get every professional anime that still exists, it would be possible to finish all those, time wise. There would also have been time to finish everything that is lost too, if you could magically bring them back.

MAL isn't completely accurate, because it includes Korean shit which isn't anime.
>>154270559
You'd have to commit to it, that includes sitting through the gayest of anime that only the filthiest of fujos would stomach.
It's possible that while you spend 20 years catching up on all the old stuff, anime becomes so cheap to produce that there will eventually be a point there more than 1 hour of anime is created every hour, so you can't watch it all.
