Moeka's death scene, where she apologizes for the actions her twisted personality caused in previous world lines.
She doesn't seem to have actually had reading steiner perceive it, but more like she knows that she's broken enough that it probably happened like Okabe said it did.
And she gets a quiet, reflexive forgiveness. It's a pretty touching scene. And showing off just how much messing with time a tiny bit can distort people's futures.

Of course the anime cut this scene wholesale and just had the person who cares about her the most shoot her in the heart.

It's tough to pick just one.

SciADV is a great series, and even though not everything is translated (from the main games, C;H is but not C;HN, and neither R;N nor R;NE) and there is a shitton of side material without translating, but even then there's a good amount of content and more to come. C;C is coming this year.
From the anime, if you are going to play the VNs, S;G is a pretty good adaptation, R;N is average but C;H was butchered and C;C is an average as an anime but a horrible adaptation.

It also cutted off and changed a few scenes, like how Nae remembers he killed Okabe in 2025 because of Braun's death, which is actually a big point in Zero. She also goes crazy and stabs Okabe, but says she won't kill him because of convergence and changing Braun's death, making him seem worse when in reality he's just doing it to protect Nae.
There are other things that are explained more properly, like how convergence works or world lines (people that only watched the anime seem to have a very different idea of how they work). And as it was said before, the internal dialogue omitted, thing that uses to happen in most VN adaptations, which gives a huge amount of depth to the characters compared to not having it.

Even then, the anime was pretty good both stand-alone and as an adaptation. It's a bit sad that the others haven't succeeded by far like this one. Hopefully they decide to stop doing something like adapting a +50 hours VN into a ~4 hours anime. Even if they are done mainly as a way to advertise the original source, I don't think they are succeeding much if most people aren't really interested on searching more about the series because of the anime being just average.

I recently finished playing Chaos;Head.

The first half was excellent in terms of atmosphere, and I thought they nailed the main character's personality (I hated him, but not so much that I couldn't sympathize).

And then I got to the half-way point. Is it just me, or is the second half a complete cluster-fuck of half-assed explanations, rushed pacing to make up for the slow pace of the first half, and a bunch of hastily tied up plot threads that seemed like they were going to actually go somewhere?

I really want to say that I liked it, but the last few chapters were a huge let down to what was a promising start.

In particular, what the fuck was the point of building up the New-Gen murders if the plot was actually going to be about magical girls and a supervillain building a reality-control device? If the point was to stress Takumi out in order to get him to find his Di-Sword so they could collect his brain-pattern sample or whatever, I can think of a hundred ways of doing that which make more sense than committing a bunch of bizarre murders and trying to gaslight him into thinking he committed them....
