I understand going digital if Miura is publishing monthly and regularly. He can't be expected to draw 18 intricate pages every 30 pages at that age.

Lowballing the percent the manga is done, we'll have about 520 chapters. We are at 347 right now, so about 173 chapters more.

Given the rate of 4 chapters a year (hopeful), Miura will be done in 44 years. By then, he'll be 95 years old.

If we're assuming it's 70% done instead of 60%, we'll have a total of 443 chapters. so 113 more chapters, or 34 years left of manga, when Miura will be 84.

The fourth is Miura's JP wikipedia page. No mention of illness or hospitalization; it's just Google's algorithm.

It's more of a hypothetical scenario than a prophesy. I think it's pretty much the most likely scenario if Griffith didn't become a Godhand.

Casca was gonna stay with him.
She was in love with him.
Guts was no longer a factor.
He could easily manipulate her to do anything he wants.
He is shown at that point to harbor resentment towards Guts and he knows that they are close so it would be a way for him to get some sort of revenge.
He couldn't stop Casca from having sex with her even if wanted to.

I don't know why this is still a topic, it's pretty much a "what if" fanfic scenario, plus we all know Griffith is canonically gay.
