I like to watch it all at once when the season ends. I'm enjoying it but the anime original parts kind of feel like Bleach all these Basaras are basically Arrancar, which I think is funny because in Binbogami ga the last arc was basically the Rescue Rukia arc from bleach.

The manga is kind of chuuni.

I dropped it 200 episodes ago. The girl almost made me not drop it, though.

I'm still watching, but on higher speed to move through the episodes faster.

All because Benio a cute. Overall it feels sort of like a bad fanfiction mash-up of Yaoi no Exorcist and Bleach.

Pretty good shounen overall, but it's gotten pretty repetitive the last 12-15 episodes. They constantly pull out attacks that have already been shown to be ineffective against the current overpowered boss, I don't know if it's just studio laziness to reuse animation or what. And the most interesting characters were the 12 guardians, which were discarded in half an episode, yes still mad.

I'm at volume 7. Benio is the only reason I haven't dropped it yet

I liked it, but I ended up falling into the trap of forgetting about it around episode 15 and now I'm 6 months behind. I did like it though, it seems like the quintessential chuuni shonen, but that's not enough for me to catch up, especially with the lackluster amount of attention everywhere else. Benio and Rokuro were cute though, so that's a plus.

Honestly at this point being an animeonly fag I'm just confused.
Rokuro went into his super whatever form fuck knows how many episodes ago, no one even gave a shit about it, now he does it again, and there are zero explanations to what the fuck is going on.
Does the source material explain any of the shit that's happening? I'd probably give it a read when the anime's done.

the show sort of reminds me of what I wanted Bleach to be. People protecting their town (greater Japan) from ghosts and monsters.

It helps that Roku and Benio are one of the best couples I think Ive ever seen in a shonen series
