I like 99 much more for the tone, atmosphere and direction. Plus, even in GI, the anime treated the four MC's as equals throughout. And I like Biscuit's design in 99 more than 2011. 2011 is a bratty mary sue loli whereas 99 is an actual representative of what she's based on.
