Over Rev! was probably my favorite racing manga. However my favorite racing anime, isn't even a racing anime. Pic related. Super cool chase scenes on both cars and bikes almost every episode, autistically sperging out /o/ facts left and right, and no hideous CGI animation for the cars like Wangan Midnight and Initial D
