How would you fix SHAFT?

Have them make a mostly-accurate Negima adaptation.

I liked !?, but it was the LOLSHAFT show and not Negima.

I don't know what Fireworks is, but that sounds like a good lineup to me.

They have the creative people but don't seem to pick the right stuff to adapt, Honestly 3 gatsu is a 5/10 at best.
