Lurking until you have a grasp of what is good, is a dumb meme. Watching series at random or watching the popular series that appear on the catalog just ensures that you are going to waste your time on shit and end up regretting it.

Most of the shows regularly discussed on /a/ are no good or they are meme shows. Every series that has a general is shit. /a/ in general just has shit taste and threads of older or more obscure shows just die out with no replies.
