The anime is a perfect 1:1 adaptation aside from some filler in Shin arc and a couple of recap episodes after each arc later on.
The voice acting, direction and soundtrack absolutely MAKE this series which is why the anime is so worth watching.
After watching HnK1 and HnK2 you just jump straight into last 4 volumes of the manga which weren't adapted in the anime due to lack of big villain and thus no TV appeal.
