Nurari was all about coming back to nothing and adapting to shit on the thing that beat it. Italy boss was pretty shit in comparison, but the real problem of the mission was the number of "strong" aliens.

Remember 100 points is the maximum for a single target and Nurari honestly was worth several times more than that by a wide margin, Oka himself beat a 100 pointer before (probably before even getting the super suit) while he could barely handle two forms of Nurari.
