Now he might be fine, but the last few episodes had nothing but stressful situations for him and he didnt even flinch. You'd think Kobayashi slowly dying because he took a bullet for him would get a reaction at least

Yeah actually. Everyone kept hammering that a) Kobayashi was dying because he wanted to live and b)he wanted to live because of Hanasaki and no one else. It made sense for Hanasaki to abandon him, he was likely hoping Kobayashi went back to despairing and thus got healed. Which explains why he goes back to check on him later.

What doesnt make sense to me is Inoue continuing to be an ass to him.

I think his inaction and staring at the situation was the cause of the stress response while the last few episodes were the usual stressful situation like in the first couple of episode of the series.Its like a typical workplace stress to him where he could actually think and respond accordingly.

For reasons I cant explain the club started treating Hanasaki like shit and he did the same. Faggot main villain came and convinced Hanasaki to come help him with a plan that totally wasnt about killing anyone. He lied. People nearly die. Hanasaki tries to kill himself three times in the span of one episode. After that club member treat him even worse than before and we find out Kobayashi's bubble disappears when he's happy. And he's only happy when he's with Hanasaki. He got shot and is now remembering his by-the-numbers tragic past.

There's also a ginger which I cant tell if honesntly likes Hanasaki or will turn out ot be bad

I wonder when everyone's going to stop moping around and start getting shit done. The new guy who gives nicknames seems like he's going to be a major impetus for Hanasaki to stop being a emo kid (one way or another), but everyone else is still staring moodily into the distance in every other shot. It's definitely got something to do with his Tragic Past (TM) that's being revealed a little more each episode. Basically, his mother loved him but his father didn't. His mom sacrificed her health to have him and is slowly dying. Dad abuses Kobayashi and tells him he never wanted a kid but he did it because it made mom happy. He's beaten, starved, etc. between watching his mom succumb to whatever illness she has. It's implied he's going to have a mental break that causes his powers to manifest at some point but that's speculation for now. That's all we know so far.

I'm saying the mental break is when they come into full power - shoving garbage down his throat, blocking shot-gun blasts to the base of his skull, etc. Probably has something to do with all the giant blood splatters. They'll fully manifest when he accidentally kills his dad with them is my bet.
