What exactly is their endgame?
>make shit tons of money
>run a faux contest promising the winner a prize
>give out no prizes for any submissions for years
>still take ownership of submissions
>make shitty anime of them, ranking in lots of money
>just a simple anime studio
I am impressed how it works.
People still bringing their works to Kyoani in hope to attract attention and shine.
Years later, no one knows names of Chuu2 author, Phantom World author, Hibike author, VEG author - only "based Kyoani" as anime maker.
Who exactly is the big bad in here? Kadokawa? Aniplex? Those companies merely produce and market things that the otaku audience wanted to see. In other words pandering to them. Isn't Kyoani doing the same with PW and Maid dragon?
Kyoani secure rights so that they gets the lion's share of the profit. But Kadokawa does the same. Everyone's out to save their own skin, while the otaku laughs. So who is Kyoani 'saving the anime industry' from here?
>delusional posts claiming they're going bankrupt
Yeah those are pretty crazy
>and have sameface moeblob designs
