Beelzebub's flaw was that it tried to be a fighting manga when Tamura fucking sucked at it, rather than keep going with his great gag scenes.
The manga was divided in two parts: Oga fights with uninspired gags, and Furuichi stumbling around with fun gags.
Since this doesn't seem to be a fighting manga there might be potential for stable quality, but the fact that there's magic gives me a bad feelng.

My biggest problem is that the first 3 chapters could have easily been condensed into one.
MC confesses to grill -> Grill has to go to the fancy school -> Drama -> Stops the NTRcopter with powers he activates then -> MC finds out that he's S-rank too before, so he agrees to go to the school to to stay with LI.

If I were Tamura I'd try going for a new story focusing on this regular, powerless human being whose only claim to skill is being smart and managing to handle multiple demon contracts.
