Emporio's defeat of Pucci after a near-total party-kill is my favorite moment in Jojo.

A lot of stuff in part 7 is objectively better and come close, but nothing gave me as much catharsis as Emporio of all people willing to violently kill himself and Pucci to save the universe and avenge his friends.

Death by pure oxygen looks terrifying, and he beat Pucci to death just to make sure he died before Emporio's body gave out.

I don't really like early part 4 and most of the crew in part 4 outside of Koichi.
He feels like a Jotaro clone at the start of part 4 and by the end I ended up prefer in Hayato, Koichi and Rohan over him. Okuyasu is a headache and their relationship could have done with just a TINY bit of disagreement or conflict.
I also think Crazy Diamond is fucking retarded. Neat power but ugly design and things like donutting his mum is stupid. I know it's shit arguments but I just find him boring and at least to me over shadowing in design, stands and character with the rest of part 4.

Was anybody else extremely disappointed with Echoes Act 3? I loved the fact that Koichi could utilise different sounds and onomatopoeia in order to create specific affects that are represented by said sounds. Act 2 was so goddamn cool. I actually do really like Kakyoin as a character, mostly for his interactions with Polnareff and how much of a dick he can be at times. I feel like he's Araki's first true anti-hero, and even if it wasn't terribly well developed he has a good backstory that matches with his character.
I like that whenever he does fight, his fights are more cerebral and tactic than the others because his Stand is not terribly strong. I don't think he's useless, just overshadowed by Jotaro and Polnareff, same as everyone in Part 3.
It upsets me that we treat him like he's as bad as Caesar and that he's mostly remembered for the mom jokes. And I hate that fujos ignore his entire character just to ship him with Jotaro.
I feel like Kak deserves better.

Part 4's biggest asset and also biggest flaw is it's extended cast of characters.

There's a lot of great characters but not really a lot of time or amount of fights for them all to show off the creativity and depth of their stand abilities a lot of the time.

Part 4 has a lot of bloat to it, but the problem isn't that it's fluff, it's just interesting stuff we don't get to see more of due to time constraints and story flow.

I think that's why Araki said Part 4 is the only part he doesn't consider complete. It's a part he could pick back up and start writing again at any time.
