Hell yea it was, but it's first episode wasn't great. I dropped it once before picking it up again latter on in the season just because I wasn't a fan of the first episode. It definitely became one of my favorite shows of last year though..

I also got into this series recently, caught up with both manga and anime. I don't know how but Reigen has managed to become universal best boy across all forms of platform and other manga for me.

The anime is funnier and has stronger emotional impact than the manga.
Reigen is more likeable in the anime too.

Mob Psycho feels like it delivered on what OPM promised but failed to achieve.
I'm really looking forward to OPM season 2, and I hope it's at least as good as Mob Psycho

Did I miss something or did no one do chapter 67 completely? What the fuck.

How likely is a second season? Would be such a shame to leave some of the best arcs unanimated, all the while trash like OPM gets a full adaptation.

Garou arc is amazing. Easily equals the best of Mob Psycho.

Mob Psycho was the reason I got back into anime after getting bored of it around 2014 or so. I love seeing stuff like this move the medium forward.
