Shame people will just snub this as fujobait. Its actually pretty well done since they manage to introduce a large cast of characters yet all of them have their own loveable perks and backstories.

Also,that scene where Elf starts pretending to cut up Jyugo was fucking scary. Hair was standing up on my neck and it's been a long time since an Anime has done this. I think it was the sudden drastic change in tone that really caught me off guard.
