Even if Korean is a dogshit language, the voice acting was acceptable, so it didn't make me vomit.
Now, the direction and pacing is just bad. Makes sense since it's 16 minutes but they could have handled it better with a more efficient script and storyboard. Also some shots and transitions are just amateur as hell. That fight scene and the villain at the start being the most notable examples.
At least it looks okay visually, and the opening is decent until the last line.
Gooks are trying too hard but they can improve. 5/10 made me curious
