The stuck in another world genre is fucking overused, unoriginal, and tasteless as fuck though. Especially when the premise blatantly revolves around escaping from reality to have shit conveniently handed to you like you're a god. Why does almost every isekai have to be a copy paste with only a different story? It's always "character dies and is reborn in another world", or "character gets trapped in virtual world", or "character wakes up one day and has no idea why they're in another world". Fuck! I cringe so much at the very moment they bring up a virtual screen to check their stats.

It's not a harem in what has been translated so far. Queen says outright he needs to sire more children. She can't be debilitatingly pregnant all the time, so he needs to start fucking around. He outright says he never wants to do that, only loves her, but if she absolutely demands it he would begrudgingly. Also, that would make it incredibly difficult to explain where the child came from. One day she's fine, the next day there's suddenly a baby? In fact, for the stability of a kingdom it might be beneficial for everyone and their mother to know that the queen is with child (it proves that there's an heir in the making, securing a proper succession and the stability of the realm. There's nothing worse for a feudal kingdom than a monarch who dies childless, especially when the royal line is already thinning out).

She's not worried about murder attempts, no. She's worried about a political scandal. her country is entirely patriarchal. They always have kings. A queen ruling alone is the first time in their history. It's why she even imports him in the first place. She doesn't want to have a potential political civil war because she doesn't agree with the king. The MC is actually in quite a position of power of the country. He could, if he wanted to take over basically. She does needs to procreate to save her bloodline, but she can't just marry someone there as they will likely try to take over and remove her from power.
