Its basically Hokuto no ken, minus the martial arts. MC uses only blunt violence as the name says.

I remember one of the ova was basically hentai. Not "borderline" pure unadultered 80s hentai. I guess it avoided the rating because the other ovas didn't had as much rape.

Overall is pretty nice, not memorable, but nice.
