Ya know I was thinking why judge needed help to take over a blue and I realized it.
1. Taking over an entire portion of the WORLD is ridiculous to do with him and just his family. He would have to go up against some of the kings we saw at the reverie who are probably also powerful as him and would be difficult to start a campaign against all them.

I'm really happy with the way One Piece evolved. Sabaondy is where the story made the right turn. I don't see Zoro jobbing against Law as hard as Kinemon jobbed against Law. Luffy would likely defeat Law in a straight up 1v1 due to his immense speed and observation haki. Luffy likely has a stronger CoA haki than Law which may actually just block Law's cutting ability. To say that Kinemon would be a foe that would be stronger than any foe Zoro fought so far would be unrealistic. Zoro was able to clash with Fuji. If Zoro does fight Kinemon, Zoro would win mid difficulty.
