Well... Not necessarily, its really more of a preference of mine.
The differ in that nendos are mostly static figs with interchangeable limbs for different poses while cu-poche have poseable limbs. It results in a slightly different body proportion, but beyond that they're fairly similar and even interchangeable in the parts on occasion.
TL:DR: I just prefer cu-poche

The towel will probably be a separate piece, and I don't think her hair will get in the way that much. We should be able to remove the back first, then pull the front of the shirt downwards in order to remove it.
