Kazuma gets the life he always wanted
The show is still funny because of how retarded their world is as well as its inhabitants.

The only think I would miss is Kazuma's interaction with the hopeless trio.
Also it would probably be less funny and focus more on romance/adventure/whatever.

I don't think it would have been better than than we currently have but anyone calling it a generic Isekai is deluded.
