I'd like to know about Vinland Saga. Specifically, does it actually get good again after the kid is a slave or whatever? He's just showing the new guy what's what and I'm finding it so dull, especially after the climax with Askeladd.

It never was good, the only people defending it don't even seem to have read it because as soon as you mention the d.ropped plot point of d.evil fruit powers they don't seem to know about it.
