Where the fuck did Quattro Bajeena come from?
He just pops up out of nowhere and seems to know Amuro. They say some thing about him and Char but then he just dies or disappears before it can be properly explored.

On that same note, how the fuck was Char alive for Char's Counterattack? Kind of an asspull to bring him back and not explain anything.

Maybe Quattro rescued Char and hid him from the public? Doesn't explain why he knows Amuro, though.

I've given up on Sogeking, Oda obviously forgot. They even threw his wanted poster out when the recent bounties came in.
