They are and they also bring their A game in it, blended with great OST, interesting dialogs and peculiar visuals. Not to mention singing the OPs except for maya sakamoto. And there are also the commentaries. A pity so many other LN adaptations don't get as much effort in this area.

And my favorite voice acting in the series was marina inoue's.

They are all popular, but not all most popular VAs are there. Aoi Yuuki, Nana Mizuki, Rie Kugimiya and Yukarin from my head. It was certainly a well thought combination of popularity, talent and how well they fit a character.

If they adapt off-season there will be a fair amount of new character to get new VAs.
