That was never confirmed. As far as I remember, only Siegfried and Heracles had powers from their ancestors. Cao Cao's only trait from the original was his ability to persuade people, that's how he made the Hero Faction. Plus, why would the original Cao Cao have had supernatural powers? He was just a regular human.
