Is this good animation?
It's expressive animation, but at a low framerate.
>there are people on THIS VERY board, who have accused Kinoáni of "forced animation", yet will defend this nonsense

At least this 'nonsense' sells.
>>153578596
This is funny though.
Kyoshit is just sameface blobs in front of photographed backgrounds with a bunch of Instagram filters added in.

I like how KyoAni makes retards so butthurt they start to spout nonsense.

Sometimes /a/ doesn't let me down.
If it was more fluid.
Kinda, it feels like a bunch of sporadic frames all spliced together without any flow to it.But that's what I liked about this part.
>>153578428
I love it

Did she just mindbreak herself?
>>153578428
It works for its tone, cheap dumb shit

>Nothing but keyframes
Yeah, it's epic.

Yes, you can see a frame at the end where she nearly ahegaos.
I like it. Not everything needs to be smooth and ultra realistic. Good animation doesn't necessarily have to be good in a technical aspect as long as it fits the show.
Try imagining TTGL with rotoscoped animation a la Flowers of Evil. Doesn't really work, right?
>>153578428
Yes and no
- PAUSE -
>>153578428
In the sense that it is technical and pretty? Not really.
In the sense it suits what I presume is an amusing hysterical tantrum? It's aight.

If it works for its intended purpose, it's good. There's no objective criteria. If you think there is you're just caging yourself into certain parameters.
