Plus Kazuma can't steal anything he wants. We've already seen that he can steal useless items from the enemy, and his luck does fail against people whose luck stats are higher. Either that, or he would just prioritize killing Kazuma, and then preventing Aqua from resurrecting.

Ainz likely has many levels over aqua and therefore greater resistances. I mean YGG player characters fought gods as raid bosses on a regular basis. He's not "weak" to magic. He just has no special invulnerability to it. That said, a super strong magic fist doesn't hurt him any more than just a super strong fist. So a giant magic explosion would hurt as much as a giant explosion. So his vulnerability to magic is more like a vulnerability to magic induced status effects.

Example: There's a magic shield that is "unbreakable." A strong enough magic character can override that and break the shield. Superman cannot, at best he can move faster than the shield, or maybe hit it until the caster is unable to continue using the spell. If there's a sword that can "cut anything" a strong enough magic can resist it. Superman cannot, his muscle is dense enough that "cutting through it" might take awhile, and his speed is high enough that he might be able to dodge it though. If a sorceress casts a love spell over a town, Wonder Woman, Captain Marvel, Swamp Thing and Etrigan will have an easy time resisting it.
