I'm watching it right now, just finished episode 5. I love the visuals, the jarring sound effects and the reused animation to heighten the unsettling feel of the world. I chuckled at Lain going from a Fisher Price computer in episode 1 to a crazy server room filled with neon lights, vents and cables by episode 5.

This show was shit and made no sense. I was expecting Lain to be girlfriends with her cute friend but instead she married her teacher. Pseudo-intellectual, 0/10. Barely made me question anything but how long the episode had to last
