In terms of drawing skills he's not even close to artists such as Ootsuka Reika or Henreader. Tanabe Kyou, Nakamura Kuzuyu, Senke Kagero, Yuki Con or Hiyori Mizuki are also much better. Hell even Gomennasai has improved over time.

I would've included Onizuka Naoshi as well but his style has gotten more realistic lately, and in the bad way, the bodies of the girls are not sexy at all anymore.
