Pfle must be jelly as fuck to see SG flooding her panties like that.
If Marika can avoid the rapier, she wins. If not Marika wins easily.
I'd say Cranberry wins because SONIC BLAST can go through rainbows and Cranberry can fight by listening to heartbeats.
Lapis II could probably win since even Daisy could dodge her swings at range.
I think CM could win if she had the range advantage. Daisy would win if she could catch them unawares. Grace is stronk but not as experienced, she'd have to be lucky or summon the ship tactically.
One shot from Daisy and her opponents are dead, plus she is a battle junkie and is pretty good at it, is I think she has an advantage.
Also Cranberry destroys RP, she has better combat stats and experience, RP lost to Ripple Ina straight fight, she relies primarily on sneak attacks to get her shit done
A wonderful girlfriend would want her girldfriend to shine, I guess.
Disaster Diane can shoot from ridiculous ranges (she was sniping Rapid Swallow with a Dragunov or an AMR), so if she has the range advantage, she'll win. Apart from that Daisy wins.
It depends on how far apart they start then, if it's within 1 or 2 km of each other I say Daisy could win. Akane covered a 2 km distance really quickly if I remember correctly
That's not proven at all, the only time they fought she lost and there is nothings suggesting that she was holding back or could have won, therefore it's assumed that she is weaker in a direct fight
My wives Swim2 and Nokko-chan are so cute.
Yeah, but at that time Akane wasn't launching a sniper attack.
I'd say that with a 5km range advantage Shootgirl Samantha gets 2 free shots on Daisy, if she hasn't taken Daisy out by then, she's dead. At every other range I'd give it to Daisy.
>Pukin vs Marika
Pukin. Marika is too dumb and Pukin's stats are high.
>Cranberry vs Rain Pou
>Lapis mk2 vs Akane
Lapis could win but the problem is that she lacks offensive power, a blunder and it'll end like with Melville. 50/50 I'd say.
>Calamity Mary vs Magical Daisy vs Captain Grace (3-way battle)
Daisy wins this. Grace can beat the shit out of Mary.
If Lazuline III is by any means a professional then Bluebell doesn't exist anymore. I'd chuck those memories right out for that exact purpose of not letting them come back to haunt me. And I disagree that it sounds too sentimental for this series. Things tend to not get the usual poetic payoff. Too many die for nothing and villains go in the most anti-climactic ways.
>The Extremely Hard Nails Magical Girl scratched through the exterior. She attempted a method of peeling off the armor without touching the barrier.
Her nails, which can rip through both steel or titanium started to crack in its toughness. Blood began to flow out.
Every time she reached her limit, the Magical Nail Artist Magical Girl had her nails regenerate, and she’d continue in her drilling job.
Puk faction has all these random synergies, its hilarious
Basically goes like pic related with Bluebell on the top? I'd be down with it.
Snow White gently approached Puk Puck. She whispered something in her ear. Seeing Snow White do that was enough to make Shadow Gale jealous. She didn’t express it, she only tightly gripped her fists.
turmoil in PP's harem
“This is a super premium contract. I’ll let you keep hold of it, Shadow Gale. When I contact you, it’s very important that you use it, okay? Don’t lose it, okay?”
Oh god, RIP everything SG cares about
Thatt was a good chapter, it was all about mind games between the faction, PP's power is so fucking broken, she can cause confusion and damage in the ranks by sitting in a chair and playing some videos. Looks like Pfle and Deluge are making their move. Disappointed we haven't seen Laz III yet, but hopefully soon. We might get direct fights next chapter too, though Queens in general seems to be a lot more about general warfare. I like how we get a lot of random abilities from PP's faction and also Metally who helped Pfle make the fake bomb, she's in the Hell Games side story right?
Was dissapointed that Lazuline III didn't get any POV and a Deluge POV on how she's planning to use Poofle when she said she'd use her last chapter but the new chapter was still pretty good.
true CQ had a good thing going, Pfle too, taking advantage of the confusion caused by PP and the fake bomb to advance with Dark QT and Deluge, I'm assuming they're going straight for the ruins
Is Queens the arc with the least direct fights? We've had one real fight onscreen which was Glassianne vs Shufflins. This feels a lot more like an RTS and general revelations arc, though the last chapters will probably have more direct fights now that chaos has broken out
You could kill Puk Puck with a car bomb or a similar trap that doesn't require you to know exactly where she is, just that she'll eventually reach that location.
You could also drop a nuke or some other big fuckoff AOE on her since that doesn't require you to get a visual on her, just knowledge that she's in that area.
I'd say Grim Heart still has the better power but even that isn't completely invincible.
Grim Heart is invincible unless she doesn't want to be.
The thing is, in a siege situation, where you are trying to get into an area and you can't set up traps, its almost impossible to beat her. Add her insane physicals and dropping audio/video bombs and turning your own soldiers against you and its insane
>Snow White gently approached Puk Puck. She whispered something in her ear. Seeing Snow White do that was enough to make Shadow Gale jealous. She didn’t express it, she only tightly gripped her fists.
I've wondered what could be Lazuline I's reason of hating MGs could be but what if
her actually being the real incarnation of Caspar allowed her to gain memories of the past incarnations and made her know about some dark fucked up shit about the LoM and MGs in general and made her start hating them.
She didn't forget Pfle.
The last chapter we will get the revelation that, just like in Restart, Pfle is the center of SG's world, but SG is always oblivious about that part of herself until it's too late. Even while under Puk's brainwashing, she still valued Pfle's life more than her own, which led to Pfle's demise due to Sachiko's magic.SG's profile in the fanbook mentioned this characteristic too. SG's extreme form of tsundere-ness cause a lot of the two's suffering.
Their relationship is voted by 42% of the nip fandom as "beautiful" and the other 42% "painful," the rest voted "cute" and none voted "impossible."
It was a poll held by one of the fan artists on twitter. Let me see if I can find it again.
yup, she helped Pfle make the fake bomb and cause confusion so that her, Deluge and Dark QT could move into the ruins. Wonder why Metally helped her, I guess because she's a merc hired by Pfle
I'm disappointed that Puk turned out to be a hypocritical villain with a twisted set of values just like Keek.
For once, I want to see a character who genuinely doesn't kill anyone, and aims to brainwash the world JUST to remove aggression, not making everyone a slave/livestock. I want to see what kind of moral struggle would the protagonist have with this kind of "villain." Is it so wrong to just want people to not kill each other? Every other aspect of a human (sadness, happiness, boredom, personal life goals, etc) would still be preserved.
she does want to make friends with the world, she just thinks that there are necessary sacrifices to be made in order to ensure a world of everlasting peace. The people under PP still retain their personalities just with the added caveat that they would do anything for PP
It has 10 chapters in one book, so it makes sense for them to be shorter rather than the longer chapters of Jokers/Aces, which only had half as many. Besides I'm sure the last chapter will be long as fuck
That's from her enemies' perspective, however. And frankly speaking removing aggression and shit is essentially removing human nature because we're all assholes deep down.
I think Pammy looks like an ordinary girl in black. But she talks a lot and interrupts Mao.
>And frankly speaking removing aggression and shit is essentially removing human nature because we're all assholes deep down.
So what? We're all greedy and selfish assholes, but we also agree that everyone will be better off if we don't kill and steal at random. That's why humans strive for justice and laws, and punish assholes who kill and steal for their own gains.
Removing agression doesn't make us any less of a human than enforcing sensible laws.
>Besides I'm sure the last chapter will be long as fuck
I hope so, because I dislike the current format.
Indeed, the Puck faction is a cult so if a cult loses it's leader then it dies.
More to the point, if the mysterious device allows PP's power to touch the entire world, it won't solve anything. Everyone will love puck but it doesn't make them better people. You can already see that SG gets jelly af when SW gets close to Puck and Puck either doesn't know or doesn't care.
Puck may have the charisma of a god but she doesn't have the mindset of a god. She's already made at least one mistake by driving off Uluru (the only one of her daughters who actually had PP on her like list), and the fact that she's rushing the plan means she's making many more.
I don't believe in protecting the innocent. I believe in protecting myself. I'm not strong enough or kind enough to care about people beyond my reach, and I doubt you're either. So ultimately what you have is hollow idealism or an attempt to virtue signal, or worse, an attempt to rope others into helping out your virtue signalling.
true, people would be willing to do anything they interpret is right for PP, and its not like PP can watch everyone 24/7 or forbid everything. So it just becomes a worldwide PP worshiping cult
Indeed, that's why I believe Puk saying she's gonna remove aggression is bullshit because the only thing she'll do is stop some conflicts here and there but said conflicts will still exist.
I don't know which god you're referring to, but Puck is behaving the exact same way as most gods in various cultures. Greek, Chinese, Nordic, Egyptian, Japanese, Indian gods are all higher beings who have their own personalities, making mistakes, and punishing humans even though the wrong party is the god. Most of them are personification of natural disasters so it's understandable. We can't judge their moral value by human standards.
We are talking with the premise that there's an easy way to brainwash EVERYONE in the world. If pressing a button can give me world peace, then I don't mind "going out of my way" to care for other people. It's frigging 1 button man, not spending my whole life playing politics to help people.
With the premise "removing murderous intents, no sacrifices nor exchange required," I will push the button. Wanting to kill people is not a valid "free will" in my book, so I have no problem removing them.
I'm referring to the Abrahamic God, who is supposed to be all-seeing, all-powerful et al. She has a lot of power, but it exceeds her capacity to manage it, especially when she basically has to make decisions for hundreds, if not thousands of people and not all of them are going to be perfect little puppets.
I do agree that Puck is more similar to a lot of the gods you mentioned, being essentially a human writ large. But then again, humans were always flawed people to begin with, and do you really want someone like that to hijack your brain?
The lyrics to Collective Consciousness are really appropriate here.
Don’t you worry
You’ll be told exactly what to do
I give my people the lives they need
The righteous will succeed
Yeah, except that the premise has been false from the beginning. You're not even talking about the problem any more, you've just shifted the goalposts into the next continent instead.
1. Can the brainwashing last for the rest of my life?
2. Will I truly be emotionally happy (not forcing myself) during the whole thing?
If yes, then sure, I don't mind being brainwashed. You seem to forget that humans are creatures driven by emotions. Playing lego might be boring to one person, but extremely enjoyable to another. So if someone can make me enjoy playing lego then I have no issue being given that personality. Because then it becomes MY personality.
Brainwashing sounds vile because we, as the bystanders, look at the affected people and pity them. But if we're already under the effect, we'll love it. It's not different from having your mindset altered by doctrination or education.
>If pressing a button can give me world peace
No, I agree with that pic in the real world. Trying to remove aggression is impractical in the real world, and hence it's stupid to strive for it.
I'm talking about magic here. Something that can genuinely remove lethal aggression from ever single person in the world. Just murderous intents, nothing else.
ULURU IS DUMB! AND UGLY! AND A LIAR! CLEARLY MY ONEE-CHAN IS SUPERIOR!
CQ needs to look more stressed out. I headcanon that she was a harried OL who thought she lucked out by becoming an MG, only to realise that being an MG didn't pay anything by default. So she got scouted by Osk and thought she lucked out, except that they practiced the Darth Vader style of management AND Grim Heart was a dick. Then she breathed a sigh of relief because GH was gone, and then Lethe is just as bad.
Poor girl can't catch a break.
Think we'll get anything MGRP-related?
Di molto bene who already showed off a Ripple figure will maybe show off the Snow White one. Those two are also getting a super deformed figure from the same company so maybe that too.
So just as the Bluebell analysis said, you need a special kind of spatial recognition to be in the inner ruins. I guess it's no surprise that Puck has it and any MG she controls can go in there too. But what about
Laz III? Is she naturally that good or did she steal it from someone?
Nah, I wouldn't fault her if she only kills the current enemies who want to stop her plan. What I have a problem with is that the machine needs live fuel to operate. Which means she thinks it's OK to sacrifice people to buy world peace. That is wrong.
7753 is popular but for some reasons, arts of her rarely looks that good.
I have a bunch of really good looking ones
That's what I consider mediocre... Beggars can't be choosers so I'm simply happy that she has lots of arts, but stuff like clumsy pose and unnatural expressions really bother me. Look at that hat.
yeah the hat on that one is bad, I like this one
I got one with her and the weeb, not sure of the connection though
Miyokata is gushing about her gakuran. It's one of nip cultural charms during school sport festivals.
Typically a girl will wear it open like this and lead the cheerleading team.
Nemurin is busy sparing with Doremy, so you're safe.
I'm praying she doesn't take someone I like with her when she eventually croaks. I'd be platinum mad if Fal or Mamori dies at the end of it all
I don't even care if she's the villain, just not like this. I fucking hate mind control powers.
Why are you so mean? We should all be friends.
Edoya Pochi's Alice is the cutest.
I LOVE YOU LADY PUCK

Definitely Deluge/Bluebell since there are so many things that I love with this pairing such as having some parallels with each other, both of them having great designs, Bluebell going as far as to say that they should be together forever just cemented it as my favorite and with the betrayal underway with Lazuline III resurfacing, I just can't wait for how their relationship will develop further.
I just wish there would be more fanart with the both of them though.
There are a few things I didn't know how to properly translate; one of them was 内申稼ぎのポイントゲッタ which seems to be something along the lines of "point scorer". But I dunno.
You can send corrections, questions and kvetches to [email protected] Or post them here, why not.
People keep talking about Queens. As for me I'm far more excited about the next story:
>Interview with Swim Swim
I've waited so long for this one, I'm glad TL-kun decided to pick this as one of his first.
>The Magical Girls other than Mei all made noises and changed the shapes of their faces in order to communicate. They did not look at each others’ anuses or bump each others’ heads. Mei did not change the shape of her face, so maybe that was why others thought she felt bored.
Pukin x keep the bitches coming
>“I am not the Class Rep. I am Wedin. My Magical Girl name is Wedin.”
>Since she was now a Magical Girl, she had to make that clear. Even when the enemy cried the main character’s name, they would go, “Damn you, Cutie Red!” instead of “Damn you, Tanaka Yoshiko!”
But then again that might be good, since Marika will gladly slug SW if she gets too crazy. Or maybe having to rein in Marika will keep her from going full Minority Report on people.
The important thing is that Marika is tough enough to survive all the deflected death from SW's plot armor.
Caspar's ability is to bring back dead MGs as mindless zombies and they have to face off against MGs they once cared about.
Snow White vs La Pucelle/Hardgore Alice
Ripple vs Top Speed
Oskfag speaking here, but I'd like to put out my analysis of the factions. No faction is built on the premise of being evil. Every faction believes they're right, and every faction has their own definition of right. Just because they have the right idea does not mean their execution is perfect; after all, there is no perfect system of government.
The Puk faction is a faction built upon security. The idea of having everyone "befriended" should prevent all conflicts from occurring. That's the ideal situation for Puck, even though it's not the most likely reality as mentioned above.
100% security 0% freedom
The Osk faction built on ranks and roles. In a way, it has the most human approach to order. Ideally, everyone performs their job and society functions like, well, a typical government. Of course because it's the most human approach, there are still human problems in it, but for the most part it should be stable. People may not be satisfied with their lives, but they still have a some form security and a some freedom.
50% security 50% freedom
That leads me to the Caspar faction. Despite not given any information about the Caspar faction, I already have a feeling they're a faction built on freedom. It would also explain why they are the most laid-back.
0% security 100% freedom
Gerhard Casper on "The Winds of Freedom"
Just found this randomly, coincidence? I think not. But yeah good analysis, the factions are all built around varying degrees of order, none of them necessarily wrong, but none of them necessarily right either. We really are similar to Metal Gear in a lot of ways, so much so that I wonder if there is any influence there, I wouldn't be surprised
Yeah, but the gap between main series novels was a year, with Episodes Phi in between I believe, so getting another novel in July sounds about right, though we don't know if it'll be main series or not. At least Breakdown is supposed to start really soon
Being the balancing faction, Osk has two things to protect. It's freedom from Puk and it's security from Caspar. If they were capable of negotiations, they wouldn't be amassing an army. Hell, if Puk could just negotiate everything, they wouldn't need to brainwash anyone.
There's no doubt the Osk faction's method of eliminating the other factions is the most destructive, but it's still all for their definition of what's right.
You are not right just because you think you are right. It's no excuse.
I don't care who it is, even myself, if someone decide to invade/conquer/govern over another group of people through force, then they're in the wrong. Even if you have to do it, at least admit you're not right. I hate those who excuse their own immoral actions, instead of bravely admitting it for what it is.
This is why I love Pfle. She never defends her own selfish wish of protecting SG at the cost of other people's lives. That's an honourable gesture worthy of respect, no matter whether one supports her actions or not.
I don't think Lethe or CQ really give a shit about being good people and they certainly don't call themselves that. I love CQ because she's just a disgruntled employee who takes all the shit everyone throws at her and tries to make the best of the situation
>if someone decide to invade/conquer/govern over another group of people through force, then they're in the wrong.
So the allied forces in WWII were wrong to invade Nazi Germany and we should have negotiated instead?
Yes, welcome to politics where no one agrees. (That's why factions exists and you happen to favor Caspar). Caspar believes in freedom of self and does not rely on anyone else to protect them so naturally it's full of people like Pfle and Pythie.
Caspar is also a faction that doesn't get into anyone else's shit for the most part because every Caspar member is on their own. They don't give a shit about anyone else, not even others in their own faction.
The only time they banded together is when their collective freedom as a whole was in danger (Puck).
Because you're robbing them off free will. If you want someone to listen to you, use persuasions and make a fair deal. Not putting a gun to their head to force them against their will.
I like Lethe and CQ. This is not a talk about them though, but about the big picture of Osk's position. I'm 100% against letting them conquering other factions and LoM. They should exist to keep the others in check, but not allowed to grow out of hand.
the point of the sages was probably to keep the other sages in check and prevent anyone from getting out of hand, thats why when GH died and Osk was weakened further in Aces, PP decided to make her move and break the balance, since one of the factions was now at at a loss and it would be harder to retaliate
The allied force was right in that they stopped an evil force from invading others. Self-defense is not murder. However, if they had decided to occupy forever or brought genocide down on the innocent civillains of the nazi empire, then they'd be in the wrong.
Learn the concept of moderation.
Then isn't Puk's faction just as bad? They are removing everyone's free will via brainwashing, and want to do this to the whole world.
How isn't that just as bad, if not worse, from dominating someone through force?
That said, Caspar faction is truly the rules of nature. Only the strong survive and no one will protect the weak (unless they're offering protection for the weak in exchange for servitude, but then they're no different than Osk).
Recognize that it's not always feasible to accomplish a right thing, and that even so it doesn't mean we should stop trying to do the right thing.
Being jaded and become an extremist "oh they're assholes so it's okay for me to be an asshole too" is the most immature way of thinking.
>Charge into Battle
Our heroes defeat a ton of the evil magical girls serving under Puk's evil wing.
>The Magical Girl Hunter
But before they can defeat the evil one SW, the evil Puk's general, gets in their way.
>All for You
Finally the evil that's Puk Puck is defeated and the world is safe, but at what cost?
- Not every faction is comprised of 100% good will.
- That doesn't mean some factions can't be the "good guy" in a specific context.
- These good guys are only good in that context, they will commit dubious or hideous acts as well during or after the heroic battle.
- Thus avoid generalizing. Only speak about right and wrong in a specific context. Do you want to talk about stopping nazi? Or do you want to talk about opportunistic invasion?
Oh yes, these are all just speculations based of my previous assumption, but I'm pretty confident in my analysis.
Also on the topic of creating Man-made magical girls. Their purpose is to protect the lives of the citizens of the Osk faction. Shufflins are created to replace soldiers. This means Osk doesn't need to draft soldiers and save the lives of thousands. Osks are realists, they believe an army is necessary to protect their faction in both territory and values.
The things I know Osk has done with their forces include protecting the device in the ruin... that's it.
Now, I've read no where within the Osk faction themselves that they intended on invading and destroying the other 2 faction, but I do know that Caspar likes spreading rumors, and that the only source of information came from them. So the real question is, why do you trust the Caspar faction knowing fully that they have the most manipulative, deceiving characters around?
next chapter should be the beginning of more direct fights, the RTS in this volume has been great and now is time for more traditional fights, which we've only had one of so far
>"Wow Snow White, I guess we really were the Magical Girl Raising Project™!"
I talked with TL-kun who's in the middle of reading it right now.
He said that the next Chapter starts with
Puk Puck vs. Lethe, and something about Puk Puck getting a small dose of her own medicine.
>"So, you should have those monitors play your videos endlessly, Lady Puck! Fortunately, there’s mountains of your videos available online.”
W-What kind of videos?
>She was famous for her grip strength that was so strong that it had destroyed the dynamometer, so its true extent was unknown, for going alone to a Yakuza office and smashing her opposition
Btw, you should put Umi name as Shihabara Umi since you're wring all other names in the surname-given name order.
Maybe it's better to make your own google drive and put these TL on there? It's easier to mass edit stuff and sharing folders.
