The city's visuals itself were pretty cool, the sheer detail in drawing the skyscrapers, roads, insides of the underground tunnels and whatnot, it's just staggering.

The whole birth of the universe and limitless energy subplots were pretty poorly translated from the manga, but the action definitely made up for it.

Weird though how simple the designs were for all the characters. Endearing in a way though I'm glad they didn't overcomplicate the characters unless they were ones who were affected by the treatment for provoking people's psychic abilities and all that.
