It seems a hard thing to measure because the series becomes so reliant on forms later that there is little context for the differences of being punched by base Goku vs being punched by base Vegeta.

I think the Buu Saga showed that Goku's time in the afterlife gave him a strong spiritual lead, while Vegeta spends a great deal of time in training his physical body.
