The animation supervisor of that episode was Atsushi Wakabayashi who is better known for the Naruto episodes he's directed (including the infamous 167), he has a definite preference for looser, more off-model animation. That episode was also storyboarded/directed by Akiyuki Shinbo. They both worked on YYH a lot, though not always together.

Are cinegraphs actually meant to showcase cinematography or just look nice? Because if they're supposed to showcase cinematography, everyone's doing a shit job at making them. Half of these are straight-up backgrounds or generic framing with no substance past aesthetic. Some others aren't notably good.
